Susan Sweeney is the Chief Administrative Officer at OnPoint Medical Group, where she has been a dedicated team member since 2017. In her role, Susan oversees human resources, compliance, risk management, credentialing, and training.

Before joining OnPoint Medical Group, Susan served as the Director of Human Resources at Colorado Acute Long-Term Hospital with Lifecare Management Services in Denver and also managed responsibilities with Lifecare in Las Vegas. Her career in human resources began as an HR assistant with Good Samaritan Colorado Home Care.

Susan holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in HR Management from Colorado State University Global and brings over 15 years of HR and management experience to her current role.
